This notice covers the launch waitlist and founding seat reservation page for The Arena, operated by B.A.D Sports Limited.
Information We Collect
If you reserve a founding seat, we collect the name and email address you provide. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the form from automated misuse.
If you allow analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand page views, traffic sources, CTA clicks and reservation form events. We do not send your name, email address or other personally identifiable form details to Google Analytics.
How We Use It
We use waitlist information to reserve your place, maintain the founding seat counter, prevent duplicate reservations and contact you about The Arena launch. Analytics data helps us understand which launch channels and page sections are driving useful interest.
Sharing and Storage
Waitlist information is stored using cloud infrastructure used by The Arena. We do not sell waitlist information. Security verification is processed by Cloudflare Turnstile. Analytics is processed by Google Analytics only if you consent to analytics cookies.
Cookies and Analytics
Analytics cookies are optional. You can accept, reject or revisit analytics cookie settings from the home page footer. If analytics cookies are rejected, Google Analytics is not loaded before consent and analytics cookies are cleared if consent is withdrawn.
Your Rights
UK data protection law gives individuals rights over their personal data, including access, correction, deletion, objection and complaint rights. Use support@bad-sports.co.uk for privacy requests.
